Manufacturing In-House
Lensern Industry has manufactured steel wire fencing and mesh at our own plant in Batu Pahat, Johor since 2005. Because production is ours, we can work to your specification rather than only to what happens to be in stock.
- Specification control. Non-standard apertures, wire diameters, heights and finishes can be produced to match your drawing or tender specification.
- Lead times from our own schedule. Production is ours to plan, so timelines come from us rather than through a third party.
- Consistent supply across phases. Repeat orders and later phases can be matched to the same specification you had before.
- Capacity for project volumes. Long runs for perimeter and infrastructure projects are produced on our own lines.
- Technical input before you order. Send us drawings or specs and we’ll help you settle on the right product and mesh specification.
What to Tell Us for an Accurate Quote
The more of this you can give us upfront, the faster and more precise the quote will be. If you’re not sure about some of it, send what you have and we’ll help you work out the rest.
- Product type — welded mesh, anti-climb, chain link, BRC, barbed wire, or you’re not sure yet
- Height and total length — for example 2.4m high, 350m run
- Mesh specification — aperture size and wire diameter, if you have it
- Finish — galvanised, PVC coated, or powder coated, and any colour requirement
- Site location — so we can work out delivery
- Quantity — panels, rolls, or metres
- Timeline — when you need it on site
- Supply only or supply plus installation
